From Corporate Boardrooms to Blooming Daily in Hawaii
After too many years in corporate — facilities, real estate, and property management — I was asked to move to the Big Island of Hawaii for my dream job. Then the corporate vision fell apart. So I built my own.
I started scaling a small business growing and selling over an acre and a half of anthurium flowers. I built systems, automation, and fell completely in love with the process. That flower farm — Blooming Daily Farm — is our ohana, our āina, our legacy.
Coming from facilities and property management, I know the exact sting of missing a call while out to dinner with my husband — and knowing money just walked out the door.
